A football blog that missed the whole season. Well, my life took a sudden and unexpected turn, not for the worse, just "for the diverse". In short, I was busy as hell and not properly motivated to run a blog not many people were reading. However, not long ago, I was browsing through the comments people have left over the last year or so, and was really impressed and touched at how many people (and spammers) have felt compelled to leave their excellent commentary (and pay-porn links). So, without further ado...
I'm back, baby!
Draft season is nearly upon us and I'm ready to rock. It IS my specialty, after all, and a popular topic around here. Unfortunately, our noble squad does not have the luxury of making a first-round pick (but we have gotten a couple of Pro Bowl years out of Richard Seymour, whom we traded it for), but I will still be doing in-depth analyses on many of the 2011 NFL Draft's most intriguing prospects. Who knows, the Raiders could fall in love with a gamebreaking safety (please) or a brick wall OT (pretty please) that commands trading a second rounder and two third rounders for. This wouldn't likely be a great situation for the long haul(if you don't believe it just look at the guys we've gotten in the 2nd and 3rd rounds lately), I'm just sayin'.
